There are three things I love.

Pizza, puns and animals.

Oh wait, in terms of writing? That would be wellness, travel, and education.

My biggest passion is holistic wellness, part of which is travel. Travel presents so many opportunities that benefit each dimension of our wellbeing, from physical and emotional, to social and spiritual, and everything in between. Plus, travel offers endless chances for pizza, animal encounters and a vast plane of pun possibilities (see what I did there?).

And then of course comes education. As an experienced classroom teacher, I’ll always have a passion for learning and sharing knowledge with others.
